How do I receive my ticket?

After payment has been made, your booking will be confirmed and you will receive a booking confirmation email which is your E-ticket for travelling with us.  If you have not received your E-ticket within 24 hours of booking please call the Contact Centre. If you would like to receive a booking confirmation by post, this can be arranged by the Contact Centre. An administration fee will apply for any booking confirmations that are requested to be posted.
