What are your fare types?

We have 3 main fare types: Economy - Flexi – Premium and you can choose a different fare type for your outward and return journey.

Economy

Our lowest fare, a good choice if your travel plans are fixed. Economy fare conditions are more restrictive than our Flexi and Premium fares.

If you make a change to an Economy sailing, you have to pay an amendment fee as well as any difference in fare and there are no refunds if you cancel the booking.

Flexi

Our Flexi fare, offers you an attractive fare with greater flexibility should your plans change.

There is no amendment fee if you make a change to a Flexi sailing but you still have to pay any difference in fare. If you cancel your booking up to 24 hours before departure you will get a 100% refund less a small cancellation fee for a return booking. If you cancel up to 2 hours before departure you will get a 50% refund again less the small cancellation fee.

Premium

Our Premium fare offers you the most favourable conditions, greater flexibility and other benefits.

There is no amendment fee if you make a change to a Premium sailing but you still have to pay any difference in fare. If you cancel your booking up to 2 hours before departure you will get a 100% refund less a small cancellation fee for a return booking.
