How do Gold members access the dedicated boarding lane on selected routes?

As an Extra Gold member, you will be issued with a special hanger at check-in. Please display this hanger on your inside mirror. Our team will direct you to the boarding lane for Gold members.  

 

This is available to vehicles under 7m in length on the following routes: 

 

  • Belfast-Cairnryan 
  • Dublin-Holyhead  
  • Fishguard-Rosslare 

 

The boarding sequence will be:

 

  1. Paying Premium customers
  2. Extra Gold Members
  3. General boarding/other fare types.
