Ventspils Port is situated less than a kilometre from the city centre in the old part of the city by the River Venta. The port can be easily reached by car on the E22 motorway and intercity buses arrive at Ventspils bus station, which is just a 7 minute walk from the port.

If you are driving from Riga to Ventspils Port, take the A10. If you are travelling from Liepāja take the P111. On arrival in Ventspils, follow signs marked "Pramuju Terminalis".
You can use the intercity bus services (Ventspils Reiss, Nordeka, etc.) to get to the Ventspils Stena Line Passenger Ferry Terminal. It is a 7 minute walk to the passenger Ferry Terminal from the bus drop-off.
